founding mission and vision of the company and the values derived from these core statements that express the ethos and

To become the regional leader in the categories it operates in terms of sales volume within the
next 5 years, as well as offer the maximum number of systems, products and components to
cover all variations that might arise in different situations and needs in a building and
infrastructure installation.

The Mission, Vision and Values adopted by GEPICO are part of the solid foundations the company is built on, and these are
adopted by GEPICO at all levels and are at the forefront of and decision or action taken by the company and are articulated
clearly to staff, suppliers and customers, these values are never compromised even in the harshest of global and market
conditions.

Although these primary statements of values have been a part of GEPICO since its inception, GEPICO also regularly updates
them to become better and more ambitious and to grow along with the company. A recent addition to the companies
values is the 7th core value, that is to “Become a proactive green champion in its operations and product offered” and this
statement was adopted when a new evaluation is made by one of GEPICOs MISSIONs and that is to provide the very best
wire and cable installation material, and today that means that to be the very best, producing these products must result in
the generation of no or very little greenhouse emissions and waste.
